For creators
Sponsorships, handled.
You make the show. We find the brands, make the pitch, close the deal and handle the paperwork. You approve what runs and get paid.
The offer
A full sales team, without hiring one.
Everything a sponsorship sales operation does, run for your show on commission.
01
Prospecting
We build a live list of brands already sponsoring shows like yours, then rank them by fit and budget.
02
Outreach and pitching
We write the pitch, send it, follow up and get the meeting. You never cold-email a brand again.
03
Rates and negotiation
We set the rate card, package your inventory and negotiate so the number is right before it reaches you.
04
Contracts and insertion orders
We handle the IO, the agreement, usage terms and exclusivity, and flag anything you should push back on.
05
Invoicing and collections
We invoice the brand, chase late payments and keep you out of the accounts-payable loop.
06
Renewals
When a campaign works, we go back for the next one. Repeat sponsors are the goal, not one-off deals.
Who it is for
Shows with an audience that pays attention.
We work with YouTube channels and podcasts across a handful of categories where brands are actively buying.
- You publish on a consistent schedule, on YouTube, as a podcast or both.
- Your audience is engaged. Comments, retention and loyal viewers matter more than raw subscribers.
- You want sponsors that fit the show and are willing to say no to the ones that do not.
- You would rather spend your time on the next episode than on a sales inbox.

How payment works
Commission only. You pay nothing up front.
We earn a percentage of each deal we close. If we do not close anything, you owe nothing.
- Retainer
- None
- Setup fee
- None
- Our fee
- A percentage of closed deals
The exact percentage is agreed before we start and written into our agreement. Brands pay on the terms in the insertion order. We handle the invoice and the follow-up, and you are paid your share as soon as the brand pays.
Questions
Things creators ask before they apply.
Is there a minimum audience size?
There is no hard number. What matters is a consistent release schedule and an audience that pays attention. If brands can reach a defined group of people through your show, we can usually sell it. Apply and we will give you a straight answer.
What does it cost?
We work on commission. There is no retainer, setup fee or monthly charge. We earn a percentage of the deals we close for you, and nothing on the ones we do not.
Can I keep my existing sponsors?
Yes. Deals you already have stay yours. We will talk through what makes sense on renewals so we are not working against each other.
Do I have to take every deal?
No. Every deal comes to you with the brand, the rate, the deliverables and the timeline. You approve each one. If a sponsor is not right for the show, say so and we move on.
How long until the first deal?
It depends on your category, your audience and the time of year. Brand budgets move in cycles. We will give you an honest read on timing after we review your channel.
Do you work with podcasts that are not on YouTube?
Yes. Audio-only podcasts, video podcasts and YouTube channels all work. The pitch changes, the process does not.
What do you need from me?
A link to the show, your audience numbers, a list of past sponsors if you have any, and quick replies when a deal is on the table. The rest is on us.
